The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40–1,500 tons to suit your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility for bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features ensuring simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. Moreover, the machine offers a wide variety of expansion and equipment options to customize it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control provides convenient operation via touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen located on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the user is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
