The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in a range of bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of pressing capacities from 40 to 400 tons to suit your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, giving you extensive flexibility in bending length. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a wide range of expansion and equipment options, allowing it to be tailored to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical controller provides convenient operation via touchscreen, including a comprehensive safety package. The machine is operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. As an additional safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
