The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing maximum flexibility in bending lengths. The machine features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA graphic CNC control allows user-friendly operation via touchscreens and features an extensive safety package. The machine is easily controlled by an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are started by a foot pedal. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
