The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of bending forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility with bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine provides a variety of extension and configuration options, allowing you to tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by foot pedal. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
