Manufacturer ERMAK provides with the HGD model series of hydraulic swing beam shears a robust and durable machine for efficient sheet metal processing. This compact all-round machine helps you increase your productivity. The hydraulic swing beam shear, model HGD, supports precise, rapid, and cost-effective cutting in your daily workflow. The use of hydraulic hold-downs to fix the sheet and the support table fitted with ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient cutting for your operator. CNC control enables the use of a variety of sheet types, which are already stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal cutting gap is set automatically by CNC-controlled electro-hydraulics but can also be adjusted manually. The position and retraction function of the motorized backgauge are easily set via touchscreen. Additionally, the control offers program memory for cutting sequences.
