The CR16A features the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also provides a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of the operating state.

The CR16A offers a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to its advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16A operates with greater stability, exhibiting 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

The CR16A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLCs. It offers 24 digital I/O ports, with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN switching – ideal for easy application expansion.

High Protection Level for Safe Collaboration
The robot housing and control unit meet the high IP54 protection rating. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR16A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection that reduces the drop distance of the end effector in the event of a power failure.
