The CNC Router 2130 ATC Master Drill NEST is engineered for the efficient processing of solid wood doors, furniture fronts made of chipboard, MDF, or similar materials. Equipped with a powerful 9 kW air-cooled motor, it delivers superior finish quality and cutting speeds of over 18 m/min.

Robust and durable construction
The 10 mm steel base ensures stability, while the HIWIN industrial guiding system with 30 mm rails and recirculating ball bearings provides accuracy and speed in any working position. Workpiece clamping is achieved via vacuum, and the centralized lubrication system reduces wear and maintenance requirements.

Automated performance and high productivity
The automatic loading and unloading table, together with a loading device with 3 adjustable pistons and a material pushing system, optimize work cycles. Optical sensors automatically detect the presence of panels, minimizing errors and downtime.

Advanced precision and versatility
The X and Y axes are driven by helical rack and pinion, and the Z axis by ball screw, ensuring smooth motion and total control. The pneumatic linear tool magazine with 8 or 12 positions enables rapid tool changes, increasing process efficiency.

The NC Studio control unit is user-friendly and compatible with most CAD/CAM software. Precise spindle adjustments and automatic tool measurement contribute to exact machining, even in continuous operation.
