Sliding Gantry Made of Seasoned Aviation Aluminum:
The sliding gantry structure is made from seasoned aviation-grade aluminum, formed at a pressure of 4300 tons for incredible rigidity. Aviation aluminum offers numerous advantages: high rigidity (greater than cast iron), low weight, resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and good machinability.

Long Service Life:
Collimator and focusing lenses are equipped with a water-cooled radiator, reducing the cutting head temperature to extend its lifespan.

Wide Adjustment Range:
Adjustment range: -10 mm ~ +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various plate types (0 ~ 20 mm).

Automatic Focusing (above 1500W) – Autofocus:
The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.

Design Screen:
The machine features a vertical display with rapid response time, higher contrast, wider view, low power consumption, and high resolution. Additionally, it offers high brightness, lower reflectivity, and enhanced durability.

Welded Rectangular Profile Frame:
The bed structure uses a honeycomb-like internal layout composed of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the bed’s strength and enhance rail rigidity and stability, effectively preventing deformation. High durability, stability, and tensile strength ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.
