CNC Milling Machine C2131 IND (working area 2100 x 3100 mm) – a dynamic and precise CNC router based on globally recognized components, equipped with, among other features, an HSD spindle manufactured in Italy.

1. Work Table

- Sectional table with six independent vacuum zones, made from rigid and durable HPL panels, controlled directly from the control cabinet
- Each section features holes connected by a tubing system to a vacuum pump for clamping force
- Main holes in the vacuum table are fitted with plugs, allowing for flexible material formats
- Table equipped with pneumatic stops in two axes, enabling repeatable material placement for precise positioning

2. Spindle

- High-class brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer, 9 kW power, powered by an inverter with overload protection
- Milling electrospindle equipped with an innovative AIR cooling system

3. Drive System

- Energy-efficient, high-quality YASKAWA AC servo drives controlled by a digital controller for superior machining quality at high processing speeds
- Brushless AC servo motors drive the X and Y axes through top-quality planetary gearboxes
- Z axis (where positioning precision is critical) driven by a reinforced ball screw
- Gantry movement along X and Y axes is achieved via HIWIN linear guides and helical gear racks for long-term, trouble-free operation. These components are manufactured from high-grade hardened steel.

4. Machine Frame
- Rigid table structure made of ribbed steel to eliminate vibrations during production processes

5. Tool Magazine and Tool Measurement Sensor

- The machine is equipped with a 12-position linear tool magazine, a set of ISO30 cones, and ER32 collets
- Complete holder set includes: ISO30 tool holders and collets for tool sizes:
- 1/2" - 6 pcs
- 1/8" - 2 pcs
- 3-4mm - 2 pcs
- 5-6mm - 4 pcs
- 7-8mm - 2 pcs
- 9-10mm - 2 pcs

6. Industrial Control & Software

- The machine is operated by a SYNTEC industrial controller, as used in large machining centers; controller set includes a handwheel and LCD display
- Optional latest UCanCAM V12 software available

7. Vacuum Pump (optional) and Extraction Shoe

- The use of a vacuum pump significantly increases clamping strength, preventing material movement during machining
- Pneumatically actuated extraction shoe mounted near the spindle allows for connection to any chip extraction system, guaranteeing clean operation, safety, and consistent machining precision
