Horizontal band saw with swivel arm for metal cutting, enables cutting in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the material as well as at any angle from 0 to 60º. The material can be fed manually or with any mechanical feeder, with automatic tool feed. Saw blade guides are equipped with dedicated carbide inserts and bearings, ensuring excellent blade tracking, durability, straightness, accuracy, and cutting quality.

The machine arm is made from profiled CAST IRON. The control panel is located next to the arm. The drive from the electric motor is transmitted to the band wheel via a motor with a worm gearbox. The cutting band is tensioned on two cast iron wheels with a manual tensioner and guided by an adjustable rolling and linear carbide guide set. An independent coolant tank with an electric pump is built in. The arm lowering speed (cutting speed) is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. Feed rate is controlled via the control panel. Two cutting speeds are available: 36 and 72 m/min. In the rest position of the arm (after cutting), the sawband drive is automatically switched off. Safety is provided by blade guards and microswitches that stop the motor at cycle end or when any cover is opened; additional protection includes automatic saw shutdown in case of blade breakage.
