Horizontal band saw with swiveling arm for cutting metals, allows cutting in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the material being cut and at any angle from 0 to 60º. Material can be fed manually or with any mechanical feeder, with automatic tool feed. The blade guides are equipped with dedicated carbide plates and bearings. This significantly impacts blade guidance, its durability, cutting straightness, accuracy, and quality.

The machine arm is made of cast iron profile. The control panel is located next to the arm. Power from the electric motor to the drive wheel of the saw blade is transmitted by a worm gear motor. The saw blade is tensioned over two cast iron wheels by a manual tensioner and guided by an adjustable rolling and linear carbide guide set. Inside, there is a separate coolant tank with electro-pump. The arm lowering speed (cutting speed) is adjustable via a hydraulic cylinder. Feed speed is controlled from the control panel. Two cutting blade speeds are available: 36 and 72 m/min. In the rest position (after cutting), the blade drive is automatically disengaged. Safety is ensured by blade guards and microswitches that stop the motor upon completion of the cutting cycle or opening any guard; an additional protection is automatic saw switch-off in the event of a broken blade.
