CIDAN MegaPro 3100 und 4100 mm

The CIDAN folding machine MEGAPRO is the most powerful member of the product family. Thanks to its solid and robust construction, it enables bending of 6 mm steel (5 mm at 4100 mm) or 4 mm stainless steel (3.2 mm at 4100 mm) across the entire working length (with a working length of 3,100 mm). The MEGAPRO comes standard with many intelligent features such as automatic adjustment of sheet thickness, automatic bending angle adjustment and CNC-controlled crowning in the table. It is also equipped with a pneumatic tool clamping system. Additionally, we offer you various backgauge lengths.

Key advantages:
- For high speed and precision, the upper beam and bending beam are equipped with dual-driven servo motors.
- CNC-controlled sheet thickness adjustment, bending center, and crowning.
- Choice of pointed or gooseneck rail (up to 150 mm) can be used.
- The upper beam achieves a clamping force of up to 60 tons.
