FOR SALE: highly efficient palletizer CHRONOS RICHARDSON model 14800, year of manufacture 2012.

The control and power cabinet underwent an upgrade in 2021, during which the inverters were replaced with new YASKAWA brand units and the control program was updated. Control system: SIEMENS S7 CPU PLC.

Documentation and equipment:
Complete set of documentation, including electrical diagrams, CE conformity certificate, as well as source files of the control program with a backup copy of the control software.

Condition and servicing:
The machine is in continuous operation and will be available for dismantling at the end of November. During this period, it is possible to arrange an inspection and machine demonstration while in operation. The equipment is regularly serviced and maintained in very good technical condition.

Performance parameters:
Able to handle approx. 1,000 to 1,200 bags per hour, depending on the palletizing pattern, bag size, and number of bags per layer, etc.

We can also arrange transportation and/or installation and software reprogramming by our technician, thus adapting the palletizer to the specific requirements of the customer (for an additional fee).
