Used CFT Oil Filling Monoblock – Comaco 6000 bph – Overview
This used CFT–COMACO RVAR 6/10 + TA/3 is a volumetric monoblock designed for filling and capping edible oil. Manufactured in 2008, it is currently in operation. It is a proven system for industrial packaging environments looking to expand or upgrade an existing filling line.
We can sell it as-is (see and buy) or with modernization and preventive maintenance to prepare the monoblock for production.
Modernization and Preventive Maintenance Measures
To ensure reliability and production readiness, the following upgrades can be carried out if required:

- Assembly of machine parts in the KBB workshop
- General machine cleaning
- General lubrication (greasing, oil level check, and oil change if necessary)
- Inspection of rubber parts (belts and seals) with replacement as required
- Machine start-up: verification of circuit integrity and correct function in manual/automatic mode
- Verification of availability and integrity of format change equipment
