The Ceetec A250 is a medium-sized machine from the coating line and is therefore ideally suited for use in industrial and manufacturing environments, such as paint shops, woodworking plants, sawmills, or timber merchants offering facade boards, decking, soffits, structural timber, etc.

The device is most commonly operated in manual mode, meaning that the workpieces are fed and collected by hand. Wooden elements are transported through the machine in a horizontal position via an automatic feed. The Ceetec A250 ensures high quality thanks to its 8 rotating brushes, each of which can be individually adjusted. Excess paint is recirculated in a closed loop through a filter and back into the tank. The closed system ensures optimal paint utilization. The unit is supplied complete with brushes and a filter bag, making it ready to use after connecting to a power source. The Ceetec A250 is a standard model, meaning it is kept in stock and can typically be delivered at short notice.

Brush coating machines from the A series are easy to maintain. Consumable parts that naturally wear out are available from our warehouses, ensuring no issues with availability or delivery times. Thanks to the modular design, the operator can replace most parts themselves.

The machine can be additionally equipped with various types of brushes, filter bags with different mesh sizes, roller tables, or lacquer trolleys.

For use with raw wood, it is recommended to install a cleaning unit in front of the machine to remove dust and shavings. The machine is intended for use with water-based products.
