Brandt KDF 530 C edge banding machine with jointing unit, corner copying, two scraper blades, and Riepe spray units.

All indexable inserts of the milling units and scraper blades have been replaced or rotated, saws sharpened, jointing cutters sharpened, buffing discs replaced. The machine is therefore ready for immediate use. Only the diamond cutter of the profiling unit has not been replaced, but is still sharp.

Minor paint damage touched up.
Approx. 3500 operating hours. The condition of the machine speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer reboots while the machine is running (usually at high ambient temperatures); this has not been an issue for us—work can continue during this time.
