Complete can filling line

We used the system for dry pipe tobacco. It can be used for all free-flowing products, such as spices, nuts, seeds, gummy bears, and many other types of food.

All components of the system are perfectly matched by an experienced team and were used as a complete line. If you want to fill free-flowing products into cans, or even first into pouches and then into cans (both options are possible), this is the ideal system for you.

The line can fill into tubular bags as well as directly into cans.

The entire line has a capacity of 30 cans per minute. Some components, such as the capper and labeling machine, have significantly higher capacities.

Configured for 400 ml cans; we used Obeck and Polipack, both operated flawlessly. Other can formats are possible, and the system can be adjusted accordingly (additional costs apply).

The line comprises the following components:

- 14-head multihead weigher with automatic product feeding from a Chinese manufacturer (do not be deterred: spare parts supply is very good and there is a technician in Germany. Additionally, the system operates extremely reliably!)

- Form-fill-seal machine with Siemens control system

- Can filling system from Wellman Anlagentechnik GmbH

- Can unscrambler from Tölke with automatic can feeding (cans can be loaded by the carton)

- Bosch capping machine with automatic lid feeding (lids can be loaded by the carton)

- Herma labeling machine for lid and side labels

Alternatively, an auger feeder can also be offered, allowing the product to be filled directly from Eurobins and automatically dispensed.
