The company DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county, VAT no. RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Cluj Trade Registry under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, designated by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset(s) identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same terms and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will organize a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00–14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate before the set date.

Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price in lei will be performed on the invoice date, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that day.

The auction increment will be 5% of the starting price.

The auction terms and conditions dossier shall be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will include the auction participation rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros, and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. It can be purchased at the liquidator’s office, or by phone and then sent to the participant by email.

The auction participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This guarantee and the documentation for participation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the office of the judicial liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the sale price for which the participant is declared the winner and will be returned to those who are not declared winners.

In the event of a tie, priority will be given to the person who undertakes to pay the full price within the shortest term.

The payment term for the sale price will be 5 working days from the time of adjudication. If full payment is not made, the winning bidder will lose the advance deposited as guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions organized.
