MACHINE STRUCTURE
The base structure is a monolithic design made from thick-walled steel. It is reinforced with welded-in parts across the entire machine bed, providing extreme stability. The table design, with a large base, is the key to ensuring lasting precision and stability. The machine layout allows users to maintain an optimal workflow while requiring minimal floor space.

The movable gantry beam is built from a solid monoblock. It is positioned along the X-axis on prismatic, ground guides using recirculating ball carriages. On this mobile unit carrier, the working unit is also mounted on prismatic, ground guides and recirculating ball carriages.
AXIS MOVEMENT
All axis movements take place on prism linear guides with large cross-sections and recirculating ball shoes with large contact areas, ensuring optimal sliding even at maximum speeds and accelerations. Precise and rapid positioning of the movable gantry (X-axis) is achieved via helical rack and pinion. Large-diameter recirculating ball screws guarantee accurate positioning of the working unit along the movable gantry (Y and Z axes). Perfect mechanical dynamics and maximum positioning accuracy are controlled by high-quality actuators and brushless motors.
Maximum axis speeds:
· X-axis = 90 m/min
· Y-axis = 90 m/min
· Z-axis = 30 m/min
Safety Device with Bumper and Light Curtain 1
Bumpers with sensors are installed around the movable stand, and a light curtain system is mounted in front of the machine. If the operator enters the active zone, the X-axis speed is reduced to a lower value of 25 m/min without stopping the machine. This system allows workpieces to be loaded during pendulum operation without the access restrictions of floor mat systems. It prevents unwanted interruptions of the machining cycle and gives greater freedom of movement around the worktable.

Lubrication of the X, Y, and Z axes is managed by CNC control at regular intervals, eliminating manual intervention at the machine.
