Technical Data MOBIL Type 2500 (Type 3000):

> Sturdy frame welded construction made of rectangular hollow profiles, equipped with stop and straightedge for solid wood, veneer, and plastic edging.

> Integrated electric heating rod made from durable aluminum alloy, cross-section 64 x 46 mm, adjustable from 50 - 248°C, power output 1200 (1450) watts.

> 4 (6) clamping and pressing units, each running on 7 ball bearings. Each pressing unit has one clamping and one pressing cylinder. Edging width adjustable using the adjustable straightedge from 12 - 105 mm. Edging thickness for solid wood up to 50 mm.

> Adjustable counter-stops for precise edge overhang control.

> Clamping cylinders and counter-stops with rubber pads. The stop and straightedge feature a special adhesive-repellent coating.

> The pneumatic pressing units can always be operated in pairs, each with 1 switch for 'workpiece clamping' and 1 switch for 'pressing.'

> Press is mobile with 4 swivel castors, 2 of which are lockable.

> The press is equipped with a pneumatic maintenance unit, connection 3/8" and adjustable from 3-10 bar. Electric connection for the heating rods is 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 (1450 watts).
