The base frame consists of a stable welded steel stand with high rigidity, providing optimal support for the processing units. The upper pressure section consists of a thick-walled steel profile and a double trapezoidal drive belt, which is automatically positioned to match the panel thickness. Height adjustment with display on the upper pressure and operator interface. Manual panel feed system with large-sized working line and enlarged support area facilitates the introduction of large workpieces. Adjustable infeed fence in two positions with automatic selection for processing with or without pre-milling. Working units are attached to the pressure beam and mechanically linked to ensure automatic adjustment when changing panel thickness. Lower working units are fixed either to the machine base or the longitudinal rail for precise referencing to the panel. All high-frequency motors are controlled by frequency inverters; each working unit is equipped with its own inverter for optimal flexibility and improved production times. Hood for all units located after the glue station; polycarbonate windows provide good visibility during processing. Internal lighting of the hood with sound-absorbing material for lower noise emissions during operation. Spacers on the infeed fence enable proper spacing of the panels; the distance is automatically adjusted to the selected feed speed. Swiveling control panel, located at the panel infeed area, adjustable for ergonomic operation. Electrical system complies with current regulations, electrical components housed in a metal enclosure fixed to the machine frame with doors for easy access during maintenance. Standard voltage is 400 V EU 50 Hz (with neutral). Material feed by feed chain with 80 mm wide chain plates made from rubber-coated nylon, for optimal guidance and high durability. The chain runs on two rails made from hardened and ground steel, one round and one flat, to guarantee straight movement and prevent lateral displacement. Pneumatic chain lubrication; lubrication oil quantity is controlled via the PLC, adjusted according to the processed panels. External roller conveyor runs along the entire machine length; extendable up to 650 mm opening system (for panels up to a maximum width of 1200 mm). E-TOUCH PC control system for quick and easy execution of main functions, including: program processing in Just in Time mode, option for management via material lists, and management functions by reference.
