With the NOVA-3 tenoning machine, it is possible to simultaneously produce two rounded tenons of different sizes and angles at both ends of a solid wood workpiece. The innovative technology of the NOVA-3 makes it the leading double-sided tenoning machine on the market.

ROBUST MECHANICS
Torsion-resistant, stress-relieved annealed steel welded frame, large-scale machining units with carriers and slides made of cast iron, absolutely vibration-free. The mechanics are designed for maximum operational reliability at the highest production output. 3 kW milling motors.

USER FRIENDLINESS
Short setup times are enabled by the new swivel system of the machining units, where—regardless of whether the units are swiveled along the vertical or horizontal axis—the position of the tools always remains consistent, i.e., the pivot point always corresponds to the tool position. Even when the angle is changed, the shoulder length of the workpieces remains constant.

FLEXIBILITY
The NOVA-3 is an exceptionally versatile machining center. Thanks to its large, robust mechanics, the advanced design of its machining units, and the innovative swivel system, it is equally capable of processing short, highly deformed workpieces with precision as well as large components with high material removal rates. For the latter, the stable machine structure and powerful motors are decisive factors. Flexibility is further enhanced by various infeed magazine options; customers can equip their machines with the ADR or APPC automatic infeed system as required. Loading of the workpieces is performed from defined reference points.
The finished parts exit from the underside of the machine and can be easily collected by the operator, passed onto a conveyor belt, or deposited in a container. No manual intervention is required for this; the operator only needs to ensure the infeed magazine is loaded.
