ROBUST MECHANICS
Torsion-resistant, stress-relieved, annealed steel welded construction, large dimensioned processing units with supports and carriages made from cast iron, absolutely vibration-free.
The mechanical system is designed for high operational safety at maximum productivity. 3 kW milling motors.

USER-FRIENDLINESS
Short setup times are enabled by the new swiveling system of the processing units, where the position of the tooling remains constant during both vertical and horizontal swiveling, i.e., the pivot point always matches the tool position. Even when changing the angle, the shoulder length of the workpieces remains unchanged.

FLEXIBILITY
NOVA-3 is an exceptionally versatile machining center. Thanks to the large-scale and reliable mechanics, the advanced design of the processing units, and the novel swiveling system, it is possible to process both short, severely warped workpieces and large components with high cutting performance with high precision. For the latter, the robust machine structure and the power of the motors are decisive factors. Flexibility is further enhanced by the range of infeed magazines available; depending on requirements, customers can equip their machine with either the ADR or APPC automatic loader. Loading of the workpieces is carried out from designated reference points.
The machined parts exit at the underside of the machine so that the operator can easily remove them, transfer them onto a conveyor belt, or place them in a container. No manual intervention is required for this; the operator only needs to refill the magazine.
