Aventus FIBC

A line for packaging and palletizing bags containing products such as salt or fertilizers is available. It includes specialized equipment for the precise filling, packaging, and stacking of bags on pallets for shipping. The system is designed for continuous operation.

1) Palletizing robot for bags, max. pallet dimensions X/Y: 1300mm/900mm, loading height including pallet: 700mm-1500mm, max. load weight: 1500kg, max. throughput: 500-600 bags/h, recommended throughput: 450-550 bags/h.

2) Big bag filling station Aventus FIBC EGF 1, big bag weight: 500kg, 600kg, 1000kg, max. big bag height: 1400mm, max. big bag width: 1000mm, max. big bag depth: 1000mm, loop length: 250mm, filling support diameter: 400mm, filling support height: 500mm, max. bag sag: 250mm, accuracy: +/-1g per 1kg.

3) Stretch hood system Aventus KL Stretch-Hood, max. load width: 900mm, max. load length: 1300mm, max. load height including pallet: 1500mm, max. load weight: 1500kg, load material: FFS-PE, film thickness: 100µm-120µm, stretch capacity: 80-120 packages/h.

4) Conveyor system with checkweigher, total conveying length: approx. 9000mm, belt width: 700mm, checkweigher table width: 1300mm, working height: 600mm-750mm.

5) Label printer/thermal transfer printer Smart Date X, print speed: 350 packages/min, resolution: 300dpi, print area X/Y: 53mm/73mm.
