We are selling our Atom FlashCut Fashion 26B All-in-One fully automatic cutting table system, including a high-quality Puska compressor (in operation for 4 years).

With a usable work area of 2,900 x 2,600 mm, a cutting window of 2,540 x 850 mm, and a separate offload area of 1,200 x 2,600 mm, the FlashCut 26B offers optimal conditions for efficient workflows. The maximum cutting height of 20 mm allows processing of a wide variety of materials, including multi-layered applications.

Two independently operating tool heads ensure high speed and maximum productivity. Servo drives on the X, Y, and Z axes guarantee precise movements at travel speeds of up to 80 m/min and acceleration of up to 1G.

Intelligent material handling & vacuum technology

A continuous conveyor belt feeds the material into the processing zone. The vacuum table is divided into 300 x 300 mm segments and allows targeted activation of individual zones. This ensures precise material fixation while minimizing energy consumption.
Two high-performance, frequency-controlled vacuum pumps (3–15 kW) automatically adapt their power to the actual demand. The result: secure material holding with energy-efficient operation.

Precision through camera & projection technology

For maximum material utilization, the system is equipped with two cameras with integrated light source and dimmer to detect irregular material contours – for example, when working with hides. Defective areas can be digitally marked and taken into account during further processing.

Two high-performance projectors support automatic nesting by projecting cutting contours directly onto the material. Additionally, article numbers, sizes, or other markings can be projected onto the cut pieces—ideal for process reliability and traceability.

Powerful CNC control & software

The system is equipped with a modern CNC controller, including TFT color display, keyboard, and USB interface. An integrated computer with Windows Embedded, Ethernet connectivity, and TeamViewer support enables simple operation and remote maintenance.

The software package includes:

- DXF converter for reading and converting CAD files
- Interactive layout software
- Automatic nesting software
- CAD module for creating simple geometries

Optionally, the Luxury Nest Strategy expands the system with a specially developed nesting logic for optimizing leather cutting. Quality zones, defect areas, as well as defined rotation and grouping rules are taken into account to maximize material yield.

Versatile tool configuration
The FlashCut 26B is supplied with a multi-tool head. Standard equipment includes:

- Drag knife
- Punch tools (various diameters)
- Marking tool
- Notching needle
- Laser pointer
- Knife holder and ejector

This means the system is flexible for cutting, marking, and perforation tasks.

Safety & reliability
A safety monitoring system with light barriers and emergency stop switches ensures the highest level of operational safety. The machine is CE-compliant and designed for continuous industrial operation.
