Sie ist ideal für das Einlegen von Einlegeteilen geeignet, da der Bediener Einlegeteile einfach und ergonomisch einsetzen kann. Die vertikale Schließeinheit sorgt zudem dafür, dass die Einlegeteile mit größerer Wahrscheinlichkeit an ihrem Platz bleiben. Die Maschine verfügt über eine Plastifiziereinheit mit 30 mm Schneckendurchmesser, was einem maximalen Schussgewicht von 89 g (PS) entspricht. Wie Sie es von uns erwarten, wurde diese Maschine vollständig überholt und ist nun absolut fehlerfrei und frei von Leckagen. Mit einer niedrigen Gesamtlaufzeit von nur 23.000 Betriebsstunden befindet sie sich technisch und optisch in exzellentem Zustand. Die Plastifiziereinheit hält über den gesamten Druckbereich den Maximaldruck, die Pumpe läuft leise, die Platten/Plattensätze sind in sehr gutem Zustand und auch optisch haben wir die Maschine umfassend überarbeitet.
