Complete version of the vertical packaging system with volumetric dosing unit, 1 cup, single-vessel feeder, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging granular products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator monitor, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport possible, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum is created), support device for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching unit, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may be subject to additional charge).

The dosing unit cup has a filling capacity of up to 50L. The single-vessel feeder also has a capacity of up to 50L. The hopper is filled manually in its lower position. In the upper position, it is emptied automatically (complete cycle: 1 minute).
