Sample system for counting and packaging small metal products or hardware in flat bags with a back seam. The weighing and counting system combined with a vertical form-fill-seal machine is suitable for small metal items such as nails, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. The iron and metal products are conveyed to the weighing and counting unit via a magnetic conveyor belt and then packaged in flat bags. – Specifications of the weigh-count packaging system: max. machine cycle speed (idle): 8 cycles/minute; bag dimensions: max. L200xW300mm; electrical power: approx. 2kW, 220V; compressed air: 0.2m³/min, 6-8 bar. The system can be expanded for counting and packaging various products into a single bag. The specifications mentioned refer to the exemplary packaging system. Final machine dimensions and total price depend, among other factors, on the required packing speed, the products to be packaged, and the bag size.
