Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids, including tank, pump, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for both viscous and non-viscous liquids such as creams, toothpaste, body lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, jam, cooking oil, vinegar, juice, milk, etc. The vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator monitor, available in several languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo drive for film transport, dual transport possible, air extraction/deaeration device (removes air from the bag before sealing—does not create a vacuum), support device for heavy finished bags, euro hole punch unit, suitable for OPP and PE films (PE sealing unit may incur an extra charge). Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: Filling range: up to 5000 ml; film width: max. 620 mm; bag size min-max: L (100–400) x W (180–300) mm; max. machine cycles in idle: 45 cycles/minute; stainless steel 304; 220V, 5 kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min; machine dimensions: LxWxH approx. 1780x1850x1950 mm; weight: 700 kg.
