Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powdery products with high or low flowability. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC control (touchscreen operation panel, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing station, servo motor for film feeding, dual transport optional, air extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – does not generate a vacuum), holder for heavy finished bags, euro-hole punching station, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur extra cost).
