VFFS machine with integrated gravity metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, featuring a 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without a platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seam, gusset stand-up pouches (gusset tool required) OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical form fill seal machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; pneumatic end-sealing unit; servo drive for film pulling; thermal transfer coder for batch number, date, and best before date.

Multihead Weigher Specifications: Number of weighing heads: 10; weighing range (single discharge): 2~200g; volume per head: 0.5L; weighing accuracy: X(0.5); discharge flap: single flap; surface finish: smooth (optional dimpled surface); product-contact parts made of AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at extra charge).
