Vertical packaging machine specifically designed for the cosmetics industry, suitable for the production of round sachets and four-side-sealed double-chamber pouches. The fully round-edge-sealed pouches are produced two per cycle. Changing the pouch type requires setup time and technical expertise. Included is a dosing pump for creams, fluids, etc., which is selected based on the customer's product specifications, determining the respective technical details. PLC and LCD touchscreen from Siemens, automatic program setup, print mark sensor, SS304 stainless steel version including hot stamping unit (for production date, etc.).

- Specifications: Pouch sizes: custom-made; film roll width: max. 320 mm; suitable for composite and mono-layer films such as aluminium, PE, BOPP, and PP films, as well as paper; machine cycles (idle): 40 cycles/minute (equivalent to 80 round sachets or 40 double-chamber pouches); 220V/2.5kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min.
