AMTEC TF 400-80

Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (closed with cap) made of plastic, aluminum, or coated composite material. Fully automatic feeding and orientation of tubes (rotation in the cradle) using print mark detection, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling, the tube is flushed with air to prevent contamination. No tube – no fill is also a standard function. Water cooling system, batch/date coder, and dosing unit, consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor, are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen. Optional at extra cost: heated storage tank, agitator for storage tank, additional format sets (cradles) for various tube diameters, external tube feeder elevator.
