Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, and general personal care products like shower gel, shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (closed with cap) made of plastic, metal, or coated composite material. Fully automatic tube feeding and orientation (rotation in the holder) based on print mark, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Prior to filling, tubes are purged with air to prevent contamination. No-tube-no-fill is also a standard function. Water cooling system, batch/date coder, and dosing unit consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and reservoir tank with level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen. Optional at extra cost: heated reservoir tank, agitator for reservoir tank, additional format sets (holders) for various tube diameters, external tube feed elevator. — Specifications: max. machine cycle rate (idle): 65 cycles/minute; filling range: 1-400ml; accuracy: ±0.5%; tube diameter: 10-50mm (a holder is required for each tube diameter); tube length: 80-230mm; number of filling heads: 1; reservoir tank capacity: 45L; product-contacting parts made of stainless steel 316L; power supply: 220/380V, power consumption: 9kW; compressed air: 0.4-0.6MPa; machine dimensions: L2000xW1160xH2100mm.
