High-speed tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, as well as general care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (sealed with a cap) made of plastic, aluminum, or coated composite material. Fully automatic tube feeding and orientation (rotation in the cradle) via print mark detection, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. An air rinse is performed before filling to prevent contamination. No tube – no fill is also a standard feature. An external tube feeding elevator, water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit, consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and supply hopper with level sensor, are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen.
