Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general personal care products including shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (with caps) made of aluminum. Fully automatic tube feeding, orientation (rotation in the pocket) using registration marks, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Prior to filling, the tube is flushed with air to prevent contamination. No-tube-no-fill function is also a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen.
