Vertical weighing and filling system for pre-made large bags/sacks. Suitable for granular products such as seeds, pet food, wood pellets, etc. The system includes product feed, automatic weighing unit, conveyor belt, and a sealing OR sewing module. The pre-made bags are manually placed by hand into the pneumatic clamp holder. The product is dosed by weight and filled into the bag. The bag is then transported by conveyor belt to the sealing or sewing module and is sealed or sewn shut. – Specifications: Weight range: up to max. 25kg; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 200 bags/hour; accuracy: ±0.2% FS; power supply: AC 220V/380V, 50Hz, 2kW; compressed air: 6 bar, 0.17 m³; all product-contact parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304; system dimensions depend on final layout and can be customized to customer requirements.

The machine/system is also available in additional versions for various packaging sizes and production speeds.
