Pharmapaktor APC L200/50 – Refurbished.

The Hosokawa Alpine Pharmapaktor APC L200/50 is the ideal compactor for testing the behaviour of different products with this technology. It can also maintain a continuous low-capacity production if required.

The Pharmapaktor can be equipped with a flake crusher granulator, which enables granulation of the compacted material produced by the system. This increases the types of end products achievable in this system, allowing for a variety of shapes and sizes, from different briquettes to granules in accordance with the required specification. Owing to this flexibility, the machine can be adapted to different products and applications.

Compactor head
Two cast stainless steel H-frames connected by spacing bolts. Two folding lateral mobile arms allow for quick roll replacement. The mobile arms are fixed by two tie rods, which also absorb the forces generated by the two compactor rolls. An insert within the chamber guides the product flow, and two central pieces seal the rolls.

Pre-compaction unit
The pre-compaction unit is mounted on a support column and can be raised and swivelled to the side. The feed hopper (with two breaker bars) is equipped with a cylindrical/conical pre-compression screw. When the pre-compaction unit is removed, there is a limit switch for the rolls and the screw.
