AMTEC LABMA M300 S1

Fully automatic labeller for small vials, ampoules, or other cylindrical products made of glass or plastic. The labeller is equipped with a magazine with a capacity of approx. 200 vials or ampoules (depending on their diameter), which are transported individually lying between conveyor rollers to the labelling unit. After labelling, the products are discharged via a chute. The labeller is PLC-controlled and operated via a touchscreen. The feed drum, roller conveyor, and labelling unit are each driven by dedicated servomotors. This allows the labeller to be optimally adjusted to your specific requirements. A 3-line thermal transfer printer for, e.g., date coding, batch number, or best-before date, is included.
