Rotary filling and sealing machine for pre-made pouches with 6 processing stations. Suitable for flat pouches and doypacks. Easy operation via touchscreen and SIEMENS PLC, frequency converter for speed control, no-bag (or no open bag) no-fill/seal function. Motorized adjustment of pouch width, maintenance-free plastic bearings. All parts in contact with product or pouch are made from stainless steel (SS304). Can be combined with all types of feeding and dosing modules (optional) for packaging granular products, liquids, pastes, powders, etc. Suitable for a wide range of films, such as composite and single-layer PE and PP films, paper, etc. (details upon request). Vertical pouch feeding via hopper (for flat pouches, optional: horizontal feeding). Vacuum unit for opening pouches made of thinner film material.
