Rotary filling and sealing machine for pre-made bags with 6 production stations. Suitable for flat bags and doypacks. Easy operation via touchscreen and SIEMENS PLC, frequency converter for speed control, no bag (or no open bag) – no fill/seal. Motorized bag width adjustment, oil-free plastic bearings. All parts in contact with the bag or product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Can be combined with all types of feed and dosing modules (optional) for packaging granular products, liquids, pastes, powders, etc. Suitable for a wide range of films such as composite and single-layer PE and PP films, paper, etc. (details on request). Vertical bag feeding via hopper (for flat bags; horizontal feeding optional). Vacuum unit for opening bags made from thinner film material. Suitable for the following bag sizes: L(200-450)xW(200-300)mm. - Specifications: max. machine cycle speed (idle): 30 cycles/minute; power: 380V, 3.5kW; compressed air: 0.6m³, 6bar; machine dimensions: L2500xW1800xH1800mm; weight: 1200kg.
