Horizontal packaging machine including auger filler and linear weigher for dosing and packaging granulates and powder products into pre-made bags. MINI VERSION for pre-made doypacks, block bottom bags or flat bags. Modules for specific bag features such as zip/press seal, twist-off (spout), and gusset form can be integrated. Optional: batch/date printer, gas flushing module. Bag detectors check for correct placement and full opening of the doypack bag. As soon as the bag is detected, the product is dispensed into the bag through the filling spout. The sealing area is kept clean during this process. A special gripping system holds the stand-up pouch exactly in position during filling, before the doypack bag is closed and sealed.
