AMTEC HPFS CS50-XL FSP

Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and closing machine for processing and filling pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with a corner screw cap. Particularly suitable for extra-large pre-made pouches. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and one infeed hopper. The machine can optionally be fitted with an additional dosing unit and a second infeed hopper, allowing either two different materials to be processed or the filling operation to be split, which can increase production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products).

Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in multiple languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All parts in contact with the product are made from stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional attachment modules shown in the machine photo (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) are optional add-ons and are pictured for illustration purposes only.

The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to test and confirm compatibility based on sample materials.

The machine/system is also available in various configurations for different packaging sizes and speeds.
