Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of Doypacks (stand-up pouches) in regular and irregular shapes, with hanging hole and zip closure. Particularly suitable for medium-sized stand-up pouches. Various filling systems can be integrated (auger filler, weighing unit, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. The standard version includes 1 dosing unit and, accordingly, 1 filling hopper. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either two different materials to be processed or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products).

Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation panel (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German etc.), temperature control. Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.–max.): L(110–260)xW(90–180)mm; max. filling volume: 1200ml; max. idle machine cycle rate: 50 cycles/minute; 6.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5700x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 2000kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or other additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar), shown in the machine photos, are optional accessories for this item and are for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite foils, provided that the foils to be used have print marks. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sample materials.

The machine/system is also available in other models for different pouch sizes and packaging speeds.
