Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) in regular and irregular shapes, with euro hole and top screw cap. Particularly suited for medium-sized stand-up pouches. Integration of liquid or paste fillers possible. The machine processes one pouch per production cycle. As standard, one dosing unit and one filling hopper are included. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a second dosing unit and hopper to handle two different materials or to split the filling process, which increases production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: pouch size (min.–max.): L(110–260)×W(90–180) mm; max. filling capacity: 1000 ml; max. machine output (no load): 50 cycles/minute; 8 kW; 15 m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5700×(W)1100×(H)1500 mm; weight: 2200 kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other add-on modules (e.g. outfeed conveyor or similar) visible in the machine photo are optional and shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, but the films used must have print marks. We will gladly check and confirm the compatibility based on submitted samples.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for various packaging sizes and speeds.
