The line consists of a wet wipe production unit and a flow wrap packaging unit. Wet wipe production process: unwinding of the nonwoven material from 2 parent rolls and longitudinal cutting into 5 webs per roll (up to moistening) for high-speed production, longitudinal folding in Z or C shape, moistening via multiple spray nozzles, cross cutting (wipe length), stacking, and transfer to the packaging unit. The flow wrap packaging unit handles the feeding of the wet wipes, feeding of the film and printing (hot stamp), die punching (for wipe removal opening), placement of the resealable label and, for example, a seal label (the integrated dual-lane labeler allows offset labeling), bag cutting/heat sealing.
