Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven forming, filling, and sealing machine for pouches, designed for filling (1 station) and further processing of flat and stand-up pouches with or without zip closure. Integration of various dosing systems possible (auger, scale, volumetric measurement, liquid, paste and other dosing units, etc.). Equipped with SIEMENS PLC, touchscreen, and frequency converter; sensors from OMRON, SMC, and FESTO. Low-voltage components from SCHNEIDER; OMRON temperature control. Pneumatic components by FESTO.
