Horizontally operating, intermittently, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches in regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging hole, without zip closure. Especially suitable for small pouches. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side seal. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric doser, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Processes one pouch per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control.

Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(50-130)xW(50-110)mm; max. filling capacity: 60ml; max. machine speed in idle mode: 70 cycles/minute; 2kW; machine dimensions: (L)2060x(W)750x(H)1400mm; weight: 520kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras for this unit and serve demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on your sample material.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for various packaging sizes and speeds.
