Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat sachets with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with a hanging hole, without zip closure. 3-side or 4-side sealing can be set. Especially suitable for small sachets. Integration of various dosing systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Two sachets are processed per production cycle, resulting in a higher output per minute. Two dosing units are required for the production process. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages, such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Sachet sizes (min.-max.) L(90-180)xW(50-80)mm; maximum filling capacity: 100ml; maximum idle machine cycle rate: 75 cycles/minute (equivalent to max. 150 sachets/minute); 4.5kW; 13m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3550x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1500kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional expansion modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm appropriate compatibility based on samples.
