Horizontally operating, intermittent, gearbox-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of chain bags (flat pouches) with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging holes, without zip closure. 3-side or 4-side edge sealing can be selected. Particularly suitable for small bags. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger, weigh scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One bag is processed per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag size (min.-max.): L(50-130)xW(50-110)mm; max. filling capacity: 60ml; max. machine cycle speed in idle: 70 cycles/minute; 2kW; machine dimensions: (L)2060x(W)750x(H)1400mm; weight: 520kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or other additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor belt or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional add-ons for this position and are shown for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm the corresponding compatibility upon receipt of your sample material.

The machine/system is also available in further configurations for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
