Flow wrapper for high-speed packaging of smaller products in longitudinal seam flow packs. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for packing single or multiple, dry, uniform or non-uniform products. A special feeding system is connected upstream of the flow wrapper. The sorting and inline feeding of products to the carriers (infeed table of the flow wrapper) is handled by six servo-driven side conveyor belts. This eliminates the need for manual placement of individual products, providing a significant production advantage and contributing considerably to the efficiency of the flow wrapper. AMTEC’s flow pack packaging machine features rotary knives and diameters perfectly matched to the bag length, resulting in optimized speed.
