Small, compact tabletop counting system for counting tablets/pills with standard and irregular shapes, capsules, and solid granulates similar to tablet-type products such as candies. Also suitable for gel and gelatin capsules: Upon receipt of samples, we can check processing compatibility and confirm if necessary. Afterwards, products can be filled into bottles, cans, jars, etc. The counting machine is equipped with electronic photo sensors (dust-resistant) and additional function sensors and alarm functions. Materials are transported evenly and break-proof to the collection container via 4 counting channels through vibration feeding tracks. The feed hopper’s specific structure prevents products from jamming. Operation is via an easy-to-use touchscreen. User menu available in German or English.
